The IQF method allows our seafood to be frozen in a few minutes and does not allow large ice crystals to form and protects it from degrading for as long as 1 year, the same processed used to freeze peas. This is the main reason why fish frozen with this method is fresher then fresh fish.
Eating our IQF frozen fish is the closest you'll come to buying fresh fish at the port to eat on the day of catch. Fishing
Our seafood is sustainably caught and we avoid all trawler caught fish with an aim to help protect the environment.
Preparation
The majority of our seafood is filleted, pin-boned then IQF frozen within 4 hours of catch, giving that fresh off the boat taste.

We only deliver on orders over £50 and have partnered with DPD parcel services to ensure orders are despatched within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
Packaging
We ensure that your seafood products are kept at the optimum temperature via dry ice packaging which exists approximately -78°C.
