Yes, all seafood arrives Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) and are kept so via dry ice which keeps your seafood at its optimum temperature during transit. Once the fish arrives put it in the freezer.

Yes, all our seafood is individually quick frozen and packed within 4 hours on the day of catch. Simply put your seafood will not arrive stuck together and you can just take one portion at a time.

Yes, we do our utmost to morally do what is correct for our customers to maintain social justice. For these reasons we do not sell certain kinds of fish such as, bluefin tuna, shark & other possible endangered fish for the purpose of sustainability. And, we do not source our freshly frozen fish from trawlers as they have a reputation for damaging the seabed and local species.

We currently deliver within England, Wales and Scotland (including just north of Edinburgh) which is our current Delivery Zone. We can confirm delivery within 24 - 48 hours of your order. If we are unable to deliver within that time you will be contacted immediately to confirm a delivery time that suits you.

No, there is no need to be home for a delivery. If you are at work or need to pop-out we will leave your parcel in a safe place, like a bin cupboard (NOT IN A BIN), a porch or with a neighbour. You can leave a delivery note at the point of order.

No, at present, we do not deliver to Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Chanel Islands and North of Falkirk as we can't guarantee delivery within our 24 - 48 hour deadline. We also refrain from delivering to overseas destinations as refrigerated transport is required.

Yes, at the moment we deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You can specify a delivery day by leaving a delivery note at the point of order or you can email us at info@seafoodsensations.co.uk(mailto:info@seafoodsensations.co.uk) Saturday delivery may also be available but at an extra cost.
