FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST   BEFORE COOKING

OVEN BAKE:  In a preheated oven 150*C for approx 15 – 20 mins  (place on lightly greased baking tray before cooking)

MICOWAVE (700W):  Remove packaging, cook on full power for 10 – 12 mins, allow to stand for 1 min before serving (place on a non metallic plate before cooking)
