BEFORE OVEN BAKING:  We suggest you score the duck skin, place the breast skin down in a very hot frying pan. Cook for a few minutes until the skin & fat turns a nice golden brown, then turn over and cook for another 4 - 5 minutes. Then place in the oven...

OVEN BAKE:  In a preheated oven at 180*C cook for approx 15 – 20 mins or until well done (place on lightly greased baking tray in the middle of the oven)
