Our swordfish steaks are meaty & packed with lots of flavour, so don't be scared of pairing swordfish with stronger flavours such as garlic, chill and even ginger. Despite being a relatively oily fish we suggest trying it grilled, pan-fried or BBQ'd but be sure to brush it with oil before cooking to retain the moisture.
